You can take pictures to help us understand what you job we need to do.
Payment methods we accept are card payment or cash
We will send one of our electricians, plumbers, or handymen to you for a free quote if your project is complex or large.
If its a simple job, we'll quote your job virtually, we can book an appointment for our tradesmen who will come and do the work.
Our schedulers estimate the length of your visit based on the information that you provide and will book a time slot according to this.
We usually allow an hour for arrival, increase of traffic, especially in central Cambridge
When the tradesman arrives, he will show you his I.D.
On arrival, he will always assess the job to determine if it will take more time than initially estimated.
The tradesman shows you the job ticket when the work is completed. It will tell you exactly what he did and include a breakdown of costs. He will then ask you to sign it.
A receipt will be automatically emailed when he takes your card payment.
If the work performed is not up to standard, we will make sure that it is rectified at no cost.
